Embrace your independence in our personal care community at Autumn House West. We want you to have as much autonomy as possible, providing help only where you need it. Whether you require assistance getting to and from events, need a little help during mealtimes, or want support getting ready for the day, we offer all that and more to our personal care residents. Along with a helping hand, you’ll have access to our numerous activities and events throughout the year. We provide everything you need to live a full and active life.
Personal Care Activities and Amenities at Autumn House West
There’s always something happening at Autumn House West! Our calendar is filled with activities, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. Whether you want to express your creativity, stay active, explore new hobbies, or visit local attractions, you can do all that and more while living in our personal care community. Some of the activities and amenities we provide include:
- Enjoy movie nights with your fellow residents
- Express your creativity through regular painting, art, and music classes
- Participate in Bible study, church services, and Shabbat candle lighting
- Take field trips to local museums, parks, or cultural events
- Stay active with our fitness classes, socialize at community events, and show off your competitive side during game nights featuring bridge, cribbage, or mahjong
I have worked at Autumn House West for nearly 2 years now. Not only do I love my residents and my job, but I also love that Autumn House West is a family. We look out for each other and lift each other when up when any of us is down. West for life.
